Insurance: Plan to Plate, LLC will verify insurance benefits. Currently in-network with BCBS and Cigna. Many clients are eligible for unlimited RD visits with 0 copay/deductible!
180 for initial appointments + $150 for follow ups (1 hr)
each session is highly individualized for unique nutrition goals in a collaborative setting between RD, caregiver(s) and kiddo(s).
sessions are HIPAA compliant and via we meet via Zoom. Home visits possible depending on location.
