Insurance: Plan to Plate, LLC will verify insurance benefits. Currently in-network with BCBS and Cigna. Many clients are eligible for unlimited RD visits with 0 copay/deductible!
Cash rate: $180 for initial appointments (1 hr) + $150 for follow ups.
each session is highly individualized for unique nutrition goals in a collaborative setting between RD and client
